There are 10 backing tracks! (5 different speeds for each version, ranging from just 100bpm for students/early learners, to a blistering 220 bpm for advanced flutists).

Backing tracks (160 beats per minute) are played in the second half of the YouTube video so when you have downloaded the flute parts you can play along to YouTube!

Its original working title was "A WINTER Warm-up for flute" but it has been renamed since it can be played in any season....

"Warm up your FINGERS - your TONE - and your SPIRITS" ... and may this exercise cheer up someone's day.
